RETURN POLICY

We will return items but initial shipping in non-refundable and the customer is responsible to ship it back to us. The amount will be returned to the customer by cheque, if applicable. Should you receive a defective piece of merchandise, please contact us and we will ship you a replacement once the defective piece is returned to us.

All orders are available to be picked up at our office. Orders are normally processed and ready to be shipped within two weeks. Any Art Card orders are strictly handled through Canadian Art Cards and shipped through them, but processed by the Legacy Council.
